Associate Consultant

You will collaborate with dynamic teams directly with our clients. In this role, you will support clients across diverse sectors, including private, public, and social, addressing their most critical challenges. You will work alongside experts from various fields, such as data science, research, software development, and design.

What you'll do

As an Associate Consultant at Sandbox, you will be part of a team of knowledge experts and consultants, working to identify and implement solutions tailored to specific client challenges. Together, you will help clients achieve sustained performance improvements and reach their key objectives.

During each project, you will gather and analyze data, develop and test hypotheses, and craft actionable recommendations. You will present your findings to client management and work closely with client teams to implement your recommendations. This role may involve travel to client locations.

You will be expected to:

You will receive ongoing support to enhance these skills through hands-on training by working alongside a Senior Consultant and continuous coaching from your team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster an inclusive environment.

Capacity to lead an independent workstream within a team project.

Comfort with navigating ambiguous, evolving situations.

Proficient communication skills in English and local office languages, both verbal and written.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems using quantitative methods.
