CHIP CHALLENGE With Fortude
#Sandbox #Epic #Challenges. Here's another flashback to a signature showstopper. This time with long-time partner Fortude to anchor & activate their values in a one-of-a-kind environmentally friendly record-breaking stunner! In less than 6 hours, nearly 200 techies tapped into their creative side and built a mammoth #SandScultpure. Literally playing in a Sandbox, once they were done, values duly embedded in 200 hearts they returned the beach to its pristine state! Conceptualised, designed, and facilitated by Sandbox, we loved this challenge and working with this team who really live their values when working with partners and leveraging our combined skill sets to deliver truly spectacular results. In 2017 #sandbox took experiential learning to a whole new level with KPMG Sri Lanka introducing our signature live theatre #simulation. As always it was the first ever such experience in #srilanka. The #experience provided seamless connect with the entire customer experience, including realtime reactions, interactions and reviews facilitated by professional actors and the Sandbox consultant and training team through a scripted effort that took 3 months to prepare for. #KPMG's main goal with Sandbox was to increase comprehensive communication across all of the company's sub-functions. There is always opportunity for minor disconnects between distinct professions if there isn't a steady and targeted alliance between them. This might lead to cumulative losses for the organisation over time. Brandix was also determined to make this a personal experience for every employee. Sandbox's Signature Paintball Experience helped BPC achieve exactly this and we couldn't be happier as to how ecstatic and engaging their teams were during this event.
