    The challenges posed to Sandbox by Fortude were 3 fold. Firstly, was the team transformation challenge, next was the company transformation challenge and finally the challenge to present Fortude as a globally responsible organization with a single united goal. This was an all-round experience based transformation making Fortude the first company to adopt the complete analytic structure provided by Sandbox and most diverse success story in Sri Lanka.

    Triumph Lanka took Sandbox to the retail end of the apparel and fashion industry with a request for an entirely new experience that could give the company something more than the usual team building workshops they had previously experienced. Triumph wanted an experience that would transform their employees not only to work together as a team but to be able to use that alliance to form greater partnerships with its clients and stakeholders.

    KPMG’s key challenge to Sandbox was to improve total collaboration across all sub functions within the company. Without a stable and focused alliance between the different practices such as taxation, HR Consulting etc., there is always room for minor disconnections that could lead up to cumulative losses for the company over time. Changing this disconnect could transform the potential of KPMG entirely, and so began the Sandbox task of designing an experience that produced just that.

    John Keells PLC was ready for a long-term company transformation that would completely overturn its company culture from being rigid and laid back towards one that was more experimental and challenging. Changing the attitude and motivation of the employees is directly linked with increasing company productivity and output, and they wanted Sandbox to take a completely modernistic approach, immersing its employees in the message that participation is equivalent to value.
