Operations Coordinator

You will work in a team of 3-5 colleagues, supporting the smooth execution of consulting and administrative operations at Sandbox. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless business processes and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

As an Operations Coordinator at Sandbox, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operational activities. Your duties will include maintaining project schedules, handling logistics, managing office supplies, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

You will oversee administrative tasks, support consulting projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our teams have the resources and support they need to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

You will be expected to:

​

  • Coordinate Operational Activities: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.

  • Support Consulting Projects: Assist in coordinating logistics and resources for consulting engagements.

  • Manage Schedules and Logistics: Maintain project timelines, organize meetings, and handle logistics.

  • Ensure Effective Communication: Facilitate clear and efficient communication across teams.

  • Optimize Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and administrative functions.

  • Develop Your Skills: Continuously enhance your operational and coordination skills through hands-on experience and coaching.

You will receive ongoing support to enhance these skills through hands-on training by working alongside a senior colleague or manager and continuous coaching from your team members. Additionally, an operations manager will assist in project selection based on your priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Flawless time management & conflict resolution skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate training effectiveness.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster an inclusive environment.

Proficient communication skills in English and local office languages, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.
