Training Coordinator

You will collaborate with and support Senior expert Faculty and dynamic teams directly with our clients. In this role, you will support clients across diverse sectors, including private, public, and social, by coordinating and delivering impactful training programs. You will work alongside subject matter experts and experts in learning and development, data analytics, and performance consulting.

What you'll do: 

As a Training Coordinator at Sandbox, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that align with our portfolio. You will work closely with clients to understand their training needs and tailor programs to enhance their organizational performance.

Throughout each project, you will manage training logistics, facilitate workshops, and ensure the seamless delivery of training content. You will gather feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and continuously improve our training offerings. This role may require travel to client locations.

You will be expected to:

  • Plan and Implement Training Programs: Design and coordinate training sessions that align with client needs and our CSP™ methodology.

  • Facilitate Workshops: Lead engaging and effective training workshops.

  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather and analyze feedback to measure the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Experts: Work with subject matter experts to develop and refine training content.

  • Communicate Clearly: Present training materials in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.

  • Develop Your Skills: Continuously enhance your facilitation and training skills through hands-on experience and coaching.

You will receive ongoing support to enhance these skills through hands-on training by working alongside a Senior Consultant and continuous coaching from your team members. Additionally, an operations manager will assist in project selection based on your priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience in training coordination, facilitation, or a related role & willingness to travel as needed.

Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate training effectiveness.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster an inclusive environment.

Proficient communication skills in English and local office languages, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.
