The People Leaders Development Program© (PLDP©) is a structured leadership performance system designed for managers and leaders operating in complex, outcome-driven environments.

Unlike traditional leadership programs that focus primarily on concepts or classroom learning, PLDP© is built around application, accountability, and verified results. Participants are expected not only to engage with leadership frameworks, but to apply them directly to real organisational challenges and demonstrate measurable impact over the course of the program.
PLDP© integrates leadership diagnostics, faculty-led development modules, and a live People Value Creation© (PVC) project, ensuring that learning translates into execution. Leadership capability is assessed not by attendance or participation alone, but by quality of thinking, discipline of execution, and contribution to business outcomes.

The program is facilitated by experienced practitioners — senior leaders and consultants with deep sector exposure — and is governed by a clear evaluation framework covering coursework, verified results, and compliance. This ensures consistency, fairness, and rigour across all cohorts.

PLDP© is intentionally demanding. It is designed for leaders who are prepared to take ownership of their development, engage seriously with feedback, and be accountable for outcomes. Completion signifies not just participation, but demonstrated leadership capability aligned to real-world performance standards.

Your PLDP Journey At a Glance
The People Leaders Development Program© (PLDP©) is a structured, performance-led leadership experience.You are not evaluated on attendance alone, but on application, discipline, and outcomes.This section explains what you will develop, what you are responsible for, and how success is measured.

PLDP© places responsibility on the participant. You are expected to actively manage:

You are treated as a professional leader — not a passive student.
How You Are Evaluated

Your final PLDP© score is calculated across four areas:

Coursework — 30%

Learning Logs submitted for each module, assessed by faculty.

Verified Results — 50%

Measured through:

Project Success Index (PSI) — quality, relevance, and impact of the PVC project

Individual Contribution Index (ICI) — your personal accountability and contribution

Compliance — 20%

Attendance and on-time submissions.

Program Standards & Student Policy
PLDP© operates to institutional standards. Participation assumes acceptance of the following:

Non-Compliance Violations may lead to disqualification, forfeiture of fees, and employer notification
The Leadership Oath
Pledging your commitment to developing yourself as a leader is the first step in inculcating and internalizing the true mark of leadership : humility. We encourage all leaders to pledge this oath and firmly commit to upholding it at all times.
